Climbing to new heights in business

2018 has been an explosive year for growth at Schofield Sales & Solutions. We are in the 3rd quarter and we have crushed our sales goals for the year. I don't share this with you all to gloat. I share this with you all because I am grateful and consider myself to be truly blessed to have such a wonderful team behind me, pushing and supporting this growth. This team is world class and has proven it with our success.The People-Service-Profit philosophy (P-S-P) has made this all possible.

We have set our eyes on the horizon, created a plan, and have implemented our go to market strategies to a T. But above all we continue to treat our employees and customers as our most precious commodity.

We will strive everyday to be better than our last day. We will go above and beyond to make sure our customers are happy. This is what makes us happy and makes coming to work a pleasure.
